Sundowner Park is located on the west side of Farmington, NM at 219 Airport Drive (GPS: 36.7307, -108.2216). The park is accessible from US Highway 64 and NM Highway 371, with easy access to all major Farmington services and Four Corners attractions.

Park Rules & Policies
General Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the park
- All RVs must be self-contained
- One RV per space
- Keep your site clean and tidy
- No open fires – use designated grills only
Reservation Policy
- Weekly spaces must be reserved in advance
- Non-refundable pre-payment required for reservations
- Check-in at office during business hours
- Credit cards accepted
- Weekly: March 15 – November 15
- Monthly: Year-round
Pet Policy
- Most pets are welcome at Sundowner Park
- Dogs are not accepted
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times
- Clean up after your pet immediately
- Pets should not be left unattended outside
Facility Access
- Gym and laundry open 24 hours
- Individual access codes provided at office
- Game room available during reasonable hours
- Gazebo and BBQ area: first come, first served
- WiFi password provided at check-in
