What Our Guests Say
Rated 4.5 out of 5 from 98 Google Reviews — highest rated RV park in Farmington
"The staff at Sundowner are the best. Always answered all questions about the community, where to eat and explore. I was a long term guest and they took great care of me."
"I stayed here for 4 months for work. This is a really nice Park and it is well maintained. They have High fences all the way around and it's quiet. They do not have a bathhouse or restrooms cause this is mostly house trailers with a few camper spots, so if you are In need of that this would not be the place for you, great for long-term though. They have a really nice sitting area, gym and laundry area. The front desk was very helpful and always answered any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again."
"We greatly enjoyed our experience with the park! The grounds and facilities are cleaned spotlessly, the staff is friendly and kind. Michelle does a wonderful job managing the place and taking care of guests! Thank you for an awesome experience."
"The park is very clean and quiet. We felt very safe here. Michelle at the front desk is the best! The prices are very reasonable. The owners are very nice. We loved our neighbors. We hope to come next year for longer."
"I am a travel Surgery assist and travel across the United States for three months at a time. I'm not gonna lie when I drove into Farmington I was a little hesitant about taking the job at the hospital purely because as a woman traveling alone I wasn't sure I felt safe. I was worried when I was looking at RV spots — that was until I found this place. I felt so safe and comfortable. Place was super clean. They have a workout room that's always super clean, a laundry area that is clean as well, even bocce ball and a barbecue area. Michele at the desk has got to be the sweetest. I truly enjoyed my time here. It was super quiet. They have cameras, never had a problem. FYI they don't allow pets nor children, which was good for me because it stays very quiet."
"We loved it there. The owners and workers were so nice, they made you feel like family. It was very well kept up. I highly recommend this campground."
